Job Descriptions - Mechanics

Mechanics: As Duke Aerial continues to grow, we are constantly looking for qualified mechanics to maintain and repair our aerial equipment throughout our branch network. Qualified mechanic candidates should have tools, a good driving record and be able to pass pre-employment tests. Wages are commensurate with experience and having diesel, electrical system, hydraulic system, schematic and wiring diagram experience is a definite plus. A personal commitment to maximize safety is another trait we look for with our mechanics.

Job Descriptions - Drivers

Drivers: Want to be home every night? We are looking for Class A CDL drivers to deliver, load, unload and pickup equipment from our customer jobsite locations. Qualified candidates will have a upbeat customer service attitude, a clean driving record and pass pre-employment tests. Duke Aerial is committed to training candidates to work in our fast paced and safety oriented environment. We offer competitive wage and benefit packages commensurate with driving experience.

Job Descriptions - Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative: A key customer contact position in our company. Qualified candidates will provide exceptional customer service working inside a branch location. Good interpersonal skills and a “jump to the pump” attitude are necessary in this fast-paced and critical branch position. CSR responsibilities include inbound and outbound customer interactions, dispatching and managing driver schedules, utilizing our computer system to enter contracts, reservations and invoicing. A CSR can work various hours as necessary to maintain operations on a day to day basis. Candidates that can operate vehicles or possess a Class A CDL is a plus, but not required.
